AI is eating the world.

Or at the very least, it's eating the software which is eating the world.

The exponential growth of AI has led many people to refer to it as the "new Web3".

This is an important conversation that the Web3 community should not shy away from.

The truth is, AI will have global influence like the algorithms that run our lives today, but as long as they are under the control of a handful of special interests, we're going to need crypto and blockchain more than ever.

I wrote my thoughts about the intersection between Web3, Blockchain, and AI in my first Mirror.xyz post last week: "Decentralized AI"

Decentralized AI, or DAI, is an AI system that employs Blockchain technology for data storage and processing. In contrast to being governed by a central authority, decision-making processes in a DAI system are decentralized and determined through consensus among multiple nodes.
